Petersen Metal Roofing Panels Selected For Massive
Family Recreation Center
More than 120,000 sq. ft. of 24 gauge PAC-CLAD Snap-On metal roofing Panels was used on the roof of the new Plainfield Recreation/Aquatic Center in Plainfield, IN. Situated on a 20-acre site, the massive center includes indoor and outdoor aquatic facilities plus a 90,000 sq. ft. community center with basketball courts, child play areas, meeting rooms, exercise equipment areas and locker rooms.
The Snap-On Panels were finished in Hartford Green. In addition to the roof panels, approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of .032 aluminum PAC 750 Hartford Green Soffit Panels was also utilized.
The PAC-CLAD material was installed by Fredericks, Inc., Pendleton, IN.
Architectural design on the project was done by Sebree & Associates, Inc., Avon, IN and the general contractor was Summit Construction, Indianapolis.
Produced in factory formed lengths up to 55 feet, Petersen’s PAC-CLAD metal roofing Panels are Herr-Voss corrective leveled to provide superior flatness. Longer lengths are available by consulting the factory. All are available in 36 standard colors on steel and 34 standard colors on aluminum.
