Creekside Medical Office
The new metal roof on the Creekside Medical Office Building, Douglasville, GA, utilizes Petersen Standing Seam Panels for the metal roof as well the entranceways. Approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of Petersen’s 24 gauge SNAP-CLAD metal roofing Panels finished in Aged Copper were installed on the roof. The building is highlighted by curved entranceways utilizing 1,000 sq. ft. of 24 gauge SNAP-ON Panels, also finished in Aged Copper.
The building was designed by Hill Foley Rossi & Associates, Duluth, GA. Principal architect Mike Rossi, a long-time proponent of standing seam metal roofing, specifies the system wherever possible because of durability, aesthetic appeal and color selection.
Installation of the Petersen system was completed by C&S Roofing Service, Douglasville, GA.
Produced in factory formed lengths up to 55 feet, Petersen’s PAC-CLAD metal roofing Panels are Herr-Voss corrective leveled to provide superior flatness. Longer lengths are available by consulting the factory. All are available in 42 standard colors on steel and 37 standard colors on aluminum.
