McDaniel’s Yacht Club
The new metal roof on the McDaniel’s Yacht Club, Northeast, MD utilizes 4,000 sq. ft. of Petersen’s 24 gauge SNAP-CLAD Metal Roofing Panels finished in Berkshire Blue. The building is highlighted by an observation tower that overlooks the docks.
Installation of the Petersen system was completed by Tri-State The Roofers, Wilmington, DE. According to project manager Ron Sanna, “The roof included dormers and numerous hips and valleys for architectural emphasis. It was cold winter work but the job turned out great and has become quite a landmark in the marina.”
The building was designed by Design Works, Incorporated, Towson, MD. General contractor for the project was CBL Contracting, Havre de Grace, MD.
Produced in factory formed lengths up to 55 feet, Petersen’s PAC-CLAD metal roofing Panels are Herr-Voss corrective leveled to provide superior flatness. Longer lengths are available by consulting the factory. All are available in 42 standard colors on steel and 37 standard colors on aluminum.
