The fourth draft of LEED 2012 was released for public comment on May 11 and will close on May 28. USGBC remains on a schedule to begin balloting the final draft from June 1 to 30. Thousands of comments from various industries were submitted after the third draft was released. It is uncertain how (if) USGBC will respond to all of the new comments on the fourth draft before the balloting begins. Anyone can comment on the draft, but only USGBC members can vote on the ballot of LEED.
