7/8” Corrugated Panels Help Minot, ND Fire Station Spread its Wings

The Minot, North Dakota Fire Station #2 recently added a new, much needed mechanic’s bay to its existing facility. The previous bay, built in the 1960’s, provided minimal space to work on today’s larger and more sophisticated trucks and equipment. The addition is clad in 3500 SF of Petersen Aluminum’s 7/8” Corrugated Panel and was ideal for the project due to its ability to cover the vertical height of  25’.  The practical yet aesthetic panel was produced in 24 GA Sierra Tan Kynar finish. The exposed fastener style of metal panel is ideal for both roofing and wall applications, and with its 37.33” coverage in siding application, offers superior economies during installation. The panel installer was Division V Sheet Metal of St. Paul, MN, and the addition was designed by EAPC, a full service architectural and engineering firm in Minot, ND.
