Discovery Park of America Taking Shape in Union City, TN
Featuring high rise towers, curving forms and breathtaking atriums, construction progress at the Discovery Park of America is revealing a breathtaking facility that will educate all who enter for generations to come.
With the goal to inspire children and adults to reach their full potential, the 50-acre complex located in Union City, TN is a world-class educational experience featuring exhibits such as planetary tours, 20,000 gallon aquariums, and a 60-foor replica of the human body.
Petersen Aluminum is pleased to be a part of this grand project, featuring our .032 Tite-Loc 90 degree mechanically seamed standing seam roofing panels in PAC-CLAD Silver Metallic. The panels are curved to conform to the roof and provide a dramatic architectural effect. The panels are being installed by Ralph Jones Sheet Metal of Arlington, TN.
The Park is scheduled to open in early 2013.
