Metal adds contemporary appeal to church expansion

Nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of PAC-CLAD Precision Series wall panels helped create the contemporary look the designers wanted for the expansion of Corinth Christian Church in Loganville, Ga. As part of a major “For Generations” fundraising campaign to renovate existing buildings and build new ones, the expansion added significant classroom space and recreational areas.

Highlighting the modern look that appeals to all ages are two of Petersen’s PAC-CLAD Precision Series profiles. Approximately 1,500 sq. ft. of Highline M1 panels finished in Cityscape color prominently clad the entrance to the addition while more than 3,000 sq. ft. of HWP panels finished in Charcoal color clad the remainder of the façade. The two complementary colors are both PAC-CLAD Cool Colors. The .032-in. aluminum panels were fabricated at Petersen’s manufacturing facility in Acworth, Ga.

Installation of the Precision Series wall panels was done by Dusty Greer Roofing in Monroe, Ga.

Architectural design for the project was created by LS3P & Associates in Greenville, S.C.

The Petersen distributor was Commercial Roofing Specialties in College Park, Ga.
