Roofing Insulation

Petersen’s PAC-Shield and PAC-Shield CV polyiso roof insulation products contain no HFCs, CFCs or HCFCs and are made using recycled materials. They offer high thermal efficiency, sustainability and minimal environmental impact, with zero global warming or ozone-depleting potential. PAC-Shield products contribute to LEED credits in optimizing energy performance, thermal comfort, building life-cycle impact reduction and more.

PAC-Shield

PAC-Shield and PAC-Shield CV insulation products can be used in new and reroofing applications and are suitable for FM Class 1 and UL Class A rating projects. PAC-Shield roof insulation is suitable for many roof types including, but not limited to: standing seam metal; single-ply; ballasted, mechanically attached, fully adhered; modified bitumen; built-up roofing: asphalt and coal tar; and heavyweight shingles, tile and slate. PAC-Shield CV is a vented option for steep-slope roofing applications of 3:12 slope or greater and is appropriate for standing seam metal, shingles, slate (natural and synthetic) and tile.
