Composite Wall Panels

Petersen’s composite metal wall panel systems offer architectural design flexibility and high performance for commercial and retail applications. PAC-3000 systems include rout-and-return and rain-screen options for precise detailing and clean reveals, while PAC-4000 field-assembled systems support large-format panels and efficient installation. Together, they deliver durable exterior cladding with broad aesthetic versatility.

PAC-CLAD offers multiple composite wall panel systems that expand design flexibility while delivering durable, high-performance exterior cladding for commercial and retail buildings. PAC composite systems provide architects with a range of fabrication methods, installation approaches, and visual expressions to meet diverse project needs.

The PAC-3000 CS system utilizes a rout-and-return fabrication process with computer-controlled routing equipment to ensure tight tolerances and accurate panel dimensions. Panels feature aluminum face and back skins bonded to a polyethylene or fire-retardant core and are installed using staggered angle clips that allow for individual panel adjustment.

The PAC-3000 RS rain-screen system eliminates the need for caulk, creating clean, consistent reveals and a floating installation. Panels are constructed of metal composite material (MCM) and are available in a wide range of finishes and colors. Perimeter extrusions nest into an extruded track attached to the substrate, allowing panels to move independently while maintaining a refined architectural appearance.

The PAC-4000 series expands composite wall panel options with field-assembled systems designed for larger panel sizes and efficient installation. These systems combine aluminum composite materials with robust cores and flexible fabrication options, making them well-suited for large-scale façades, accents, and contemporary architectural designs.

Together, Petersen’s PAC-3000 and PAC-4000 composite wall panel systems provide a comprehensive toolkit for architects seeking performance, flexibility, and visual impact.
