Chalk Up Another Excellent School Project for Huckabee Architecture
Huckabee Architecture & Engineering Management has an outstanding portfolio of school projects throughout Texas, proving form, function and budget can all be a part of a successful project. Georgetown High School in Georgetown, TX is no exception.
The 235,000 square foot high school will ultimately serve up to 2500 ninth through twelfth graders in the Georgetown Independent School District. Phase One of the school opened up to 800 ninth graders and will ultimately expand to house the additional grades.
Petersen Aluminum supplied 16” Snap Clad standing seam metal roofing panels, all in 22 gauge Galvalume steel finished in PAC-CLAD Dark Bronze Kynar 500 finish. The standing seam panels offer superior strength, and a selection of 38 colors provides outstanding aesthetics. PAC’s Dark Bronze finish is certified as a cool color.
A.D. Willis Company Roofing and Sheet Metal, Austin, TX, handled the roofing installation for this project. General Contractor was Skanska USA Building, Inc.
