A beautiful new multi-story parking structure has risen alongside Orlando’s latest attraction, an 18-story, 400-feet-tall Ferris wheel that will provide views of other attractions like Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Epcot Center.

The upper levels of the parking deck sport nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of Petersen Aluminum’s perforated 7.2 Rib Panel in an enclosure and ventilation application. The .032” aluminum panels are finished in Musket Grey with round holes of ½-in. at 11/16-in. staggered centers. The versatile 7.2 Rib Panel can be specified for a wide range of building envelope applications including roof, wall and linear panels.

The panels were installed by Mullet’s Aluminum Products in Sarasota, Fla.

“We’re seeing more and more perforated panel jobs, particularly here in the South,” said Dave Landis, Petersen Aluminum’s architectural/technical sales manager based out of the company’s Acworth, Ga. plant. “Petersen Aluminum can provide a nearly endless combination of perforation sizes and patterns to meet virtually any architectural design.”
