Creekside Medical Office Building’s new metal roof in Douglasville, GA, utilizes Petersen Standing Seam Panels for the metal roof as well the entranceways. Approximately 12,000 sq. ft. of Petersen’s 24 gauge SNAP-CLAD metal roofing Panels finished in Aged Copper were installed on the roof. The building is highlighted by curved entranceways utilizing 1,000 sq. ft. of 24 gauge SNAP-ON Panels, also finished in Aged Copper.
The building was designed by Hill Foley Rossi & Associates, Duluth, GA. Principal architect Mike Rossi, a long-time proponent of standing seam metal roofing, specifies the system wherever possible because of durability, aesthetic appeal and color selection.
Installation of the Petersen system was completed by C&S Roofing Service, Douglasville, GA.
